Privacy notice
In effect from 12 August 2026.
This notice covers the assessment at this site. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
- Assessment answers — age, education, work history, language results, family situation, nominations and job offers. These are what the score is computed from.
- Contact and location details, if you choose to give them after your assessment — name, email, phone, the country you live in and the destination you want.
- Account details — your email address, and the sessions signed in to it.
- Usage events — that a step was completed or a result viewed, so we can see where the assessment loses people. Not tied to advertising, and never sold.
Some of this is sensitive: a nationality, a family situation, a health-related answer. We collect it only because a migration rule turns on it, and we store no more of it than the rule needs.
Why we hold it
To compute and re-compute your assessment, to show you your saved results, and — only if you asked us to — to have a specialist contact you about your case. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who else sees it
- Our database host, which stores it.
- Our email provider, which delivers your sign-in link and your assessment copy.
- Our staff, when you have asked for help or reported a problem with a result.
How long we keep it
- Abandoned anonymous assessments — deleted automatically after 90 days. If you started the form and left, it does not sit here forever.
- Accounts and their assessments — kept while the account exists, so you can see how your position changed over time.
- Sign-in links — single-use, and deleted once they expire.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — from your profile page or by emailing us. Deletion removes your profile, your assessments and your account. We will confirm when it is done.
Automated decisions
Your score is computed by a rule engine, but it decides nothing about you. It produces an estimate for you to read, with the rule behind every number shown. No application is made, refused or ranked on the basis of it, and a person reviews any case where you ask for help.
